How do I create a target profile?
In the sidebar on the left side you will find the item "Target profiles". At the top right, you can edit a new target profile under "Create". To do this, you must give the target profile a name and then set the parameters as desired.
Who do I need for the job?
Who you need strongly depends on your aim. Do you already know some character traits which you want to focus on? Perfect, then we can discuss how to translate those into the Big 5 framework during our first kick-off call. Do you want to find out what your culture looks like at the moment and base the profile on those results? Let's start with an internal assessment and find out which personality suits your culture best.
How does an internal assessment work?
The internal assessment can help you to determine your target profile. To do so, we will create a questionnaire which is passed to your current employees. After they recorded their answers, we combine the results to a company culture profile. This then gives us a target profile we can compare your applicants to.
