Lighting: make sure that the light source is in front of you and there is no harsh light from the back
Shaking: while recording a video have your camera / phone put on a stable
surface. With a clear (non-shaky) picture you’ll make a better impression
Quiet please: make sure that the noise of the surrounding is appropriate. Don’t record yourself next to a construction site or we won’t understand you.
How should I prepare for the questions & answers?
You do not need to prepare for this part of your application. Since the focus here is on your personality and character, just be your true self! Furthermore, after you are asked the question, you have the chance to think of an answer before you start your recording.
Is it important how I look and how my apartment looks like?
Our AI is objective, which means that background and appearance are not factored into the evaluation. However, the video serves to support the application process, so you should dress accordingly.
Does the AI decide if I get chosen?
The artificial intelligence does not decide, but observe, and gives extra information to the recruiter. Consequently, this is a chance to present your personality as an extra to your CV and show the company who you really are.

How many attempts you have to record yourself and answer the questions depends on the company. You can find them here.
Do I have to record myself?
No, you don’t have to record yourself, and this won’t have an influence on your chances to get the job. But take this as an opportunity to show more of you than just your CV.
How long does the process take?
Each video can vary in the allocated time of recording. While creating the questions for you, every company decides for each question individually. While starting the recording process, you can find the amount of time you have to answer here . Also the number of questions can be chosen by the company. Most of the time you will be asked between 2 to 5 questions.
